- Executive assistant placement and management through Team Vē
- Workflow automation tools
- Onboarding and billing infrastructure
- AI-enabled support and task systems
Some services may require separate agreements or statements of work (SOWs) that supplement these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
5. Payments & Billing
Fees for Services are disclosed in advance and are payable upon invoice unless otherwise agreed. Payment processing is securely handled by third-party providers.
- Late payments may result in suspended access to services.
- All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Client & Talent Agreements
Use of our talent placement services (e.g., Team Vē) requires compliance with a separate Service Agreement and/or Statement of Work. These documents define deliverables, responsibilities, IP ownership, and confidentiality. In case of conflict, the Service Agreement takes precedence.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate laws or regulations;
- Infringe intellectual property rights;
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content;
- Engage in abusive, harassing, or unlawful behavior;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and materials related to Valey are the intellectual property of Valey or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information you access through Valey’s Services, including business processes, pricing, internal systems, and client or contractor details.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Our data collection and handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, any outstanding fees become due, and your access will be revoked. Sections concerning Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, and Liability will survive termination.
